By booking a course with RD Training, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings

​

All bookings must be confirmed in advance

Full details must be provided at the time of booking

​

2. Payment

​

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking

RD Training reserves the right to withhold certification until full payment is received

​

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Cancellations must be made in writing

Notice periods and any applicable fees will be communicated

at the time of booking

​

4. Attendance

​

Participants must attend the full course to be eligible for certification

Late arrival may result in refusal of entry

​

5. Certification

​

Certificates will only be issued upon successful

completion of course requirements

RD Training is not responsible for delays caused by awarding bodies

​

6. Liability

​

RD Training will not be held liable for any loss, damage,

or injury sustained during training, except where required by law

​

7. Changes to Courses

​

RD Training reserves the right to amend course content, dates, or venues where necessary

​

8. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and United Kingdom
